DM #676: Been listening to this guy @keegan_smith from the other side of the world, and I must admit, I like what he’s got to say.

When n = 1, my goodness can it be a beautiful thing. Actually had a really good convo on social media the other day about this exact topic. We’ve given up our ability to think for ourselves and have adopted other people’s suggestions as our absolute truths.

Take the info that’s out there, all of it, every single drop, and use it as a suggestion; as a starting point; and some rough guidelines. When it comes down to it, each of us really is a unique dandelion, and what works for you might not work for me, what works for me might not work for your friend, and what works for your friend might not work for mine. Patterns, shared traits, but no guarantees.
