Was fortunate enough to attend a virtual workshop led by James-Olivia Chu Hillman (and moderated by Nic Strack), and that shit was total fire.
The workshop was titled “Supremacy Culture and Relational Fuckery in our Most Important Relationships”, and what's presented in this episode are simply the thoughts, quotes, and ideas that resonated with me. I am by NO means an expert in this, nor did I wish to offer my fledgling, and quite likely incorrect, interpretation of their messaging.
I've simply used this episode as a way to share with you the things that resonated the most with me. Full stop. What you do next is up to you, but I hope it involves checking out the work of James-Olivia and Nic, because it is, in a word, remarkable.
