Monday, March 21st, 2022

Y’all. This episode was SO good, I blew past an hour without even noticing. If you’ve been afraid to start posting on social media, you gotta listen.

Forrest Jung is the owner of CrossFit South Bay, and started his gym before anybody knew what the hell CrossFit even was. He’s had success in his gym for 13 years, and now he’s blowing up on TikTok (and Reels!).

Forrest didn’t want to post o social media at first. But after the uncertainty of Covid, he knew it was time to try something new, even if that meant facing impostor syndrome and internet bullies. Now look at him—he’s a goddamn rockstar.

Do the damn thing. Start posting. It’s as easy as being yourself. Just look at what Forrest has built.
