There’s a lot of noise out there about hiring coaches and I wanted to share my perspective with y’all—not to promote my own services—but almost to do the opposite.
You do not NEED a coach. They can’t guarantee success, but they can be a sort of shortcut. That is, of course, assuming you work with the coach that’s right for you. Here’s the criteria I think you should look out for.
