Niching down is one of my favorite subjects to talk about, but do you really need to do it? Short answer: yes. Medium answer: if you’re in the online space, absolutely yes. Long answer: well, you’ll have to listen to the full episode to hear that one. Maybe you find it restrictive, but niching down is one of the best things you can do to build trust online, and we all know trust is how you make sales.
