MOTM #550: In Memory of Bud Jeffries

Thursday, February 1st, 2024

We’re going way, way back to episodes 52 and 54 for this week’s Thursday Throwback, and for a sentimental reason. These episodes features an interview I did 6 years ago now with strongman Bud Jeffries. Bud passed away 2 years ago this January 21st, but the legacy he left is still impacting people today. The way his wife speaks about him and continues to share his message is something really beautiful, and I wanted to do the same in whatever small way I could.

It’s a long-ass episode because Bud didn’t do anything in his life half-assed. The original title of this episode is “Change Your Strength and Change Your Life,” and that encompasses everything Bud wanted to impart to the world. If you want to make a change, it’s time to get strong and take action.

Let’s chat.

(This episode is a re-run. Original release date was October 1, 2018 and October 8, 2018.)
