I absolutely LOVE when I have folks in my course who are skeptical about the effects of using a tool or tape. That good! You should be skeptical! These modalities simply open up neurological windows. It's what you do when those windows are open that make all the difference.

Get a massage then go home and eat like ? and do nothing but sit on the couch? Don't be surprised when your pain returns an hour later. Get a massage, make good decisions, work on further de-stressing, perhaps throw some movement in there? ? Now we're talking.

So, take-home message: passive procedures are just band-aids, and sometimes not even that. You want results? Put in work.
