Want resiliency? Move better, move more, move freely. Expand your movement arsenal. Areas that don't get used, don't move, and areas that don't move, won't get used. This means you're going to find that movement somewhere else, and typically that's where you start having pain.
So, want to have less pain? Make stuff work good. A bit simplified, perhaps, but pretty much spot on.
