Why use technique when you can just muscle it as a chin-up, flail your legs, and get over the bar?! ? Saw this on Instagram a while back and had to give it a try. Yes, I know it's ugly. No, I'm not advocating that this become standard practice. Yes, the “risk” was with the reward. (Very little risk here IMO. I know what I can and can't do, and trust me, I'm not doing anything crazy…ever ?) Yes, I am having all the fun. Don't take yourself so seriously. #Maestrofied
