Continuing to work on the ol' hip. Coming along slowly but surely. Healing takes time. Rehabbing takes time. Sometimes a LONG time. Don't forget that.
Monster band work (hint: focus on what's happening when the involved leg is the stationary leg), DNS work (look it up), side plank work, single leg stance work. Just went with it and focused on feeling it where I wanted to feel it.
No, my movement isn't perfect. Don't be a movement snob.
For those of you more interested in the sexy stuff, also got in a track session, and hit the iron and hit a 110# hang power snatch. But honestly, this stuff right here is what's important. Don't put fitness before health.
