DM #202: Be careful what you put out into the universe…the law of attraction is a very real thing.
Spent the past week stuffed up and reached out to an attendee turned friend about essential oils. About 30 minutes later I received and inbox message from @physiodocwellness who dropped ALLLLL the essential oil knowledge, and it was too good to not share with you.
I’m definitely moving towards the more holistic side of things with my studies these days, and as I always say, work smarter, not harder. To that end, I hit up Dr. Rea with some questions about EO’s after she reached out to me, and this was one of the gems she sent.
As per the good doc, @doterra is doing some really good research, so definitely check them out. @drcoricampbell also knows her stuff, so there’s another name for ya. If any of you out there have any additions or other resources to check out, please leave them in the comments. I’m all about that open source philosophy. I teach you, you teach me, and we all end up winners.
Time to go put some oil behind my ears.
