Sound ON!!! ?????Shot this video on Sunday while moving in to the new apartment because the visual it provided was just too good to pass up.
Long story short, if you always feel like your muscles are tight, you might want to stop aggressively stretching them all the time.
Strain-countestrain, PNF, PAILs/RAILs, whatever you want to call it can work wonders because instead of pulling on a tight muscle, we instead put it on slack and let it chill out allowing receptors and the nervous system to basically reset. If you want to explain it in a fancier way than that, go right ahead, but I’ve got things to do today.
