I could go on here, but I think you guys get the point. There are very few things in life that we do in which we load both sides of our body equally, or use both sides to do the exact same thing at the exact same time. So, it would probably behoove us to train (and assess things) accordingly. There's a reason why all of @marcusfilly's #functionalbodybuilding is showing up everywhere. My girl @venus2bfab actually just did a dope unevenly loaded bilateral KB swing demo. Go check it out.

The more symmetrical your sides are, the less asymmetrical your bilateral movements will look. Like Spina says, “make stuff work good.” Plain and simple.
