Here’s part of how I’m fixing my busted hip.
—
Got some inquiries about what I was doing for my hip, so I figured I’d show you. FYI, all the videos except the last one are sped up 1.5x. Left the DNS side bridge/plank/sit/whatever/thingy at normal speed because it’s my favorite and warrants a longer look.

My dude at @matthewibrahim_ just did an AWESOME post talking about the importance of basic exercises, and that’s exactly what all of these are. Ain’t nothing wrong with going back to the basics, especially as a starting point. Do I do more close chain stuff? Absolutely. Do I use bands and other external implements? For sure. Do I need to start with all of that for a program to be successful? Definitely NOT.

Reps, sets, whatever??♂️. I do stuff based off of how I feel, and what I think I need as determined by my assessment. Stay tuned, and I’ll post more videos of what I’m doing for my hip as I go. But honestly, my hip felt pretty damn good after just these. Like @stopchasing pain says, “Stability rules the movement road!”
