Let’s talk business.
In the time of COVID-19, business are doing their best to pivot, but not everyone has the privilege of working from home, or in the online space, and many brick-and-mortar businesses are struggling.
For this episode I brought on my good friend, Brooklyn native, the incomparable Dr. Peter Hwang. Peter is the owner of ResetPT, a physical therapy practice located in the financial district of what has come to be the hart of the ‘Rona pandemic, NYC. He’s in his fifth year of business and it’s not by accident.
You all know I don’t have a brick and mortar business, and thus it was HUGELY important to me to bring someone on who was not only in the thick of things, but right there with you guys in the trenches.
The things that Peter says in this episode, listen to them. The lessons he imparts, learn from them. He’s got no magical solutions if you’re already underwater, but for those of you who are ready to come out of this thing better, and stronger, he’s got some wise words that I truly hope you will take to heart…and then act on.
Real talk, if you currently run, or if you ever plan to run a brick-and-mortar business, this episode is a must listen. If ‘Rona is showing you nothing else, hopefully you’re realizing that living paycheck to paycheck ain’t the way, and self-made safety nets are very real, very valuable things.
Come learn from Peter and remember, spread love it’s the Brooklyn way.
