Quarantine rages on, but the time is quickly approaching for us all to think about moving forward past COVID-19… but what the heck does that even look like?
This week I brought back my brilliant friend, Julia Eyre, to hear her take on the psychophysiological effects that COVID-19 has had on all of us, and how we can begin to move past this mess and in to a better future.
As Julia says, moving on is a marathon, not a sprint. There are only a few things we have complete control over, and this virus isn’t one of them. All we can do is grieve what we’ve lost and accept where we are in the present—it’s all we have. After all, there’s nowhere to go but here.
