I'm all about good movement patterns and intention, but at the end of the day, most of the stuff that you want to be able to do requires some amount of strength, and if you don't have the goods, well…good luck.

It takes a certain base level of reflexive strength just to be able to sit up and go about our daily activities. Just look at babies. They are hella strong for their size. #OriginalStrength is a real thing. They can plank, roll, crawl, hang from things, swing, jump, tumble…the list is endless. When was the last time you saw an adult successfully hang from the monkey bars ?? We've messed ? up somewhere along the way.
