DM #349: Use your external cues wisely.
—
I'm ALL about kinesthetic guidance. It's way faster than yelling at someone and much more efficient than showing them. However, we need to be smart with the things we use to provide cues and make sure that they don't just force folks to compensate in other patterns.
—
I love that folks are out there trying to provide correctives and improve movement patterns, but we gotta make sure that we're not letting the pendulum swing too far the other way and creating new dysfunctional patterns in the process.

The overarched lower back is no better than the super rounded lower back. Prescribe and cue your exercises appropriately.
