I'm honestly not really a fan of arguing whose exercise modality is better than whose, or whether X is better than Y. In a time where diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity are epidemics, as long as you are doing SOMETHING, I'm all about it.

Movement is ABSOLUTELY medicine. Movement is life. Movement is everything. So, less bickering about whose exercise is better and simply more celebration, encouragement, and exploration of movement. ??
