The crew at Elevate Sports Performance and Healthcare are changing the game. I’ve interviewed Brian Chandler and Fernando Garcia before, but I couldn’t wait to have them back on the show because if there was ever a company that embodies the Roger Bannister effect, it's them.

This crew had a vision of what healthcare could be…and the built it. They refused to let their titles box them in or hold them back. They refused to accept that things had to be done a certain way. The refused to perpetuate a broken model.

I first had them on the podcast in 2018, when their model was new, but succeeding. Since then, they've opened a second location (my goodness it is beautiful, and they are THRIVING.

Brian and Fern know more than anyone that if you want something to change, then you’ve got to suck it up and make it happen. I want you to hear their story, and realize that if you want to, you can do it to.
