I first spoke about being respected vs bing relatable during episode 217, and after I heard from two listeners I decided to dedicate a Thursday shorty to this dichotomy.
Now, it's not a dichotomy at all, and yes, of course you can be both. BUT, if forced to choose one, I have a very clear preference, and it's dictated both my past and present behavior.
