One, identify the ACTUAL problem. Taking the answer you found in step one, create some safety for yourself. And finally, take action. A.k.a. … Do the damn thing.
And hey, if it’s something you don’t actually want to do, or if it’s something you’re bad at… you don’t have to do it. Sometimes people glorify the struggle for no goddamn reason.
