That’s why I’m so pumped to be talking to (former Chiropractor, believe it or not!) Nick Colosi, who is the co-founder of Smart Tools, a company providing BFR, IASTM, and other PT tools.

I specifically wanted to talk to Nick about the BFR—or Blood Flow Restriction, if you aren’t in the know—cuffs that his company sells. So many PT’s are too scared to try something like BFR due to safety and legal concerns, but it’s the way forward.
