DM #376: Learning new movement patterns and improving your mobility takes TIME. Doing corrective exercises just means that now you're ideally actually working on the problem spot. But guess what? You till gotta put in work!

In all honesty, correctives are great but I think the pendulum is swinging too far (as it always does) and folks think that correctives will fix everything and take the place of hard work. That's just not the case.

Change, no matter what it is, takes time and effort. Correctives give that effort a little more guidance and direction, but if the underlying work isn't there, nothing is gonna change.

Correctives aren't Deloreans, so don't get it twisted. You must still put in the work and give things time. After-all, those drills don't change human physiology ??‍♂️. I think Doc Brown would agree ?.
