I LOVE that folks seem to be using this Great Pause to reflect on habits that they don't love, and try to change them. One of the issues I'm seeing however, is that people are setting themselves up for failure by taking the axe to those habits they hate, but then replacing them with…nothing.
There's a reason those ‘bad' habits were there in the first place.
